Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not required.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period ends.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early when we begin performance after you have expressly agreed to delivery before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

For digital music downloads, this generally applies when you request immediate access to MP3 and WAV files after payment.
